Reference for Optimum PAR ranges?

Does anyone know of a guide that gives optimal PAR ranges for various SPS species? (e.g. 400-600 for species X?)

I know that each specimen has a different light level history and makes adjustments, but I'm looking for general "rule-of-thumb" guidelines.

Heres a guy with a TOTM that has pics with par numbers. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1641235 The problem is halide vs. T5 and then nutrient levels on top. Its a mix and when you change one thing you change overall results.
