Just grab one for $30-50 off of Marine Depot or Drs Foster Smith. Get yourself a bottle of calibration solution and you'll be good.

Came with a case, dropper, and the tool to calibrate. Would also recommend buying calibration solution so you know its on the money.

As mentioned, get some calibration fluid. The SG 1.026 / 35 PPT kind. When shopping, make sure the refractometer has Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC).
