Refuge Light ?

I iam need of a light for my refuge . i will grow chateo . and have sand and rubble in there. it is a 10 gallon but only maybe 6.5 gallons of it is the refugeium.

i been to the big stores before . and never can get a stright answer of what K rating a bulb is ?
basically at the these stores its either .

Yellow , white , or a light blueish looking light ?

which will be best for me ? i want to buy a clip on incandecent fixture . and buy a CF flood light . And what Wattage should i get ?

5100K is the bulb to go with. It should say the par on it too. Par38 is good. Just get the 75w equivalent of whatever the flood is, i think its 13w=75 of the old style energy hogging bulb.

The curly bulbs in the blue packaging are 5100k. It says it on the back in small print by the bar code.
