Refugium help

I just found out about this club while I was at the critter so I thought I would ask for some help. Im putting a 10 gal refuge on my 44 gallon tank and I was wondering what kind of gph i should going through it.

I don't know if you've bought it yet, but you may consider a 20gal high. More than likely if you can fit a 10gal... you could fit one of these. This is what I have.
