reidi in modded 24g NC?

i know most people say NCs arent good for SHs due to the flow and heat but this one is topless(will have a 65w PC light on legs though)and iam sure i can fix the flow issue, i plan on a HOB fuge(ac 110) a skimmer in chamber two, and a coil denatrator as well, stock will be a pair of reidi a pair of mandarins(weaned onto frozen)and i was hopeing for either a dragon or multiebanded pipefish but aparentley they might spread disease to the CB horses is that realy that likey? and how can i steralize algea befoe i add it to the tank? i plan on some soft corals as well, like small mushrooms, rics, and an SPS sence i have one that needs a place to go, dos this sound ok anything iam missing?

I agree about not mixing pipes and seahorses, but I'm not too sure how happy your SPS will be with under 3 watts per gallon of light.
Also, how are you going to keep your temps down? I keep my H Reidi at 73 degrees.
