removing riccordias

I have a rather large piece of l/r with a lot of riccordias on it I had one that just came of so I glued it to a frag plug and its doing well. I would like to make some more frag of it but I don't know how to get them of the piece of l/r they are . I have heard if you cut them of a new one will grow back and I have heard you can if you can to use a piece of fishing line at the bottom of it trunk and to use it like a saw , please advise as to the best method for removel Thanx Dave

I've always had better luck with a razor blade than the fishing line method.

I'm having problems with my camera downloading pics to my comp. but I have a freind coming by tomorow and I think he's going to be able to help fix the problem

put a flathead screwdriver near the base of the rock then hit it with a hammer. a small piece of rock comes off, makes it easy to mount.
