Resizing Help

No matter what I do I can not get a picture to look decent when I resize it. Can anyone help??

Try this link, if you look down on the right side they have a resizer that you install, all you do then is rightclick the image and choose resize, works pretty well for what it is. I use it to resize my stuff real quick to get it on the web.

You are trying to resize it smaller and not larger correct?

yes, I actually figured it out using Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
