Restarting after 2 years

Ok I have a biocube 29 that I ran for a few years with live rock and fish as well as a few soft corals. Things went south about 2 years ago and I stopped all maintenance except for topping off for evaporation... Now I'm starting back up. So I changed 60% of my water and everything looks good except nitrates which test at the highest levels [emoji853]. I'm going to do another water change Maybe 80% - hoping for better results this time. I know letting things linger for so long didn't help, but I really don't want to completely take the tank apart. Any advice on getting the nitrates down outside of a complete tear down?
