Results of using Prazipro in a display tank

I have been following a thread in regards to flukes and the use of Prazipro in a reef tank.

Sadly I lost my Majestic and Emperor angels to this parasite and did not know what killed them at first. Two LFSs mentioned the deaths were consistent with cyanide poisoning. I had put the fish in the freezer and when I found the thread on these forums, I soaked them in fresh water. There were thousands of flukes floating in the water with the dead fish.

My tangs, dwarf angels and all other fish are healthy and display no signs of flukes. However I have a baby Queen angel that is showing the parasites now. I cannot catch him for the life of me, and if I treat him in QT, he will contract flukes once I put him in my display. In the thread on the forums people mention it has been realitivly reef safe.

I have a260g tank with a 72g sump and 55g fuge. I can cut off all water to the fuge and use it as a QT tank. However I am wondering if I should place all corals and inverts in then fuge and treat the whole display. However if I put the corals back into the display I would have issues with eggs from the flukes being on the corals.

Does Prazipro kill beneficial bacterias? How long is the life cycle of flukes if I decide to removed all fish and let the tank go fallow? Does letting the tank go fallow give decent results. I know with ich people have issues of letting the tank fallow for even two months and then still have ich show up later.

I cannot get Prazipro until tomorrow but one of my LFS has praziquantel so I can soak the food to treat the flukes. Anyone have luck with this as well?

I will post more info as needed, but am going into the city to pick up medication for my fish now. Sorry about the very rished post, but I figured I would get the help ASAP and read the replies when I get home in a few hours.

Thanks in advance to any help or insight with this. Diana
