retrofit RD3 mini 50W controller for 10v input

Hello, i would like the add the apex interface adapter to my BK skimmer but the RD3 mini speedy controller doesn't have the 10v input. Is it possible to retrofit the controller with the connector so i can add the interface adapter? I'm hoping the the PCBA is the same as the other speedy controllers so i can just solder the wires in for the connector.
