Return pump question

I am looking at upgrading from a 135 to a 300 gallon reef mostly softies. On my 135 I have a Quiet One 5000 return and it is extremely quiet. Going to the larger tank what type of flow would I need through the sump? I am planning on using Vor Techs with the battery backup for flow in the tank. Since this tank is in my living room not only is efficient important but quiet is essential. Any suggestions on the amount of flow and type of pump?

you need 2-5 x display tank volume per hour through your sump, one of the Sequence pumps like the Dart would be a good choice.
