Return pump-->SCWD-->10g....recommendations?

I'm planning on running a SCWD from my 20g sump back into my 10g display tank. It has been up and running for about a week now. I'm looking for medium to medium-high flow for some LPS.

I will probably use a ball-valve to dial it down some.

What size return pump would be adequate for some SPS, but be able to be regulated enough to make it more of a medium flow setup? (How many GPH would ya'll recommend?)

I'm also looking for solutions for the SCWD return lines...any ideas for getting a solid mount on the tank for some return lines? I'm setting up some loc-lines in the tank.

A mag 5 or 7 depending on if you use the SCWD, the 7 if you use it. I have also heard good things from the quiet one pumps.
