my return pump will not sit straight up and down no matter which way i flex the tubing hooked to it it wont sit straight its kinda at a slant with the sucking part facing down in the sump. Will this be a problem or will this be ok??

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. If the intake from the pump is being blocked by the bottom of the sump, I'd be concerned. If there is a little angle there or some space, I wouldn't worry about it.
