Returning after several years - Plumbing question

Hi All,
I'm returning to the hobby after many years, I had a 75g reef tank in College that was wiped out when a hurricane came through town.

I'm currently building a 120g tank with a center INT overflow drilled with 2x1" drains and 2x3/4" returns, and I need some suggestions on how to plumb this correctly with a sump (size TBD but at least 30g.)

The layout of the tank/holes is as pictured.
