returning fish to a DT

What's the best way to return fish from a hospital tank with cupramine to a DT with inverts and a reef? I intend to start removing the copper soon but does one do the drip acclimate method or just catch them in a tupperware and put them back into their old home?

Assuming the water parameters are pretty much the same, particularly as to salinity and temperature, just catch and move. You can do some water changes in the hospital tank using dt water to help acclimation the fish if you want.

I dip my fish in an intermediate container of dt water on its way from the by to the dt to rinse it off.
