Returning to the Hobby after 5 years..90g Build

So I have been out of the Hobby for about 5 years now and CAN NOT wait to get back into it. I joined the Air Force and am stationed in Hawaii where the rules on reef aquariums are strict, but I didn't let it stop me completely! I built a custom stand from scratch and painted it myself (to cover all of my mistakes). You can't have anything other than fish, a few types of zoas and some softies out here so I never bothered setting the tank up. My wife and I are about to move to Orlando, FL in about 3 months as we transition out of the military and plan on setting up my 90g that I have been slowly aquiring parts and pieces for. I have a few other smaller tanks but I'm not sure what I'm going to do as far as a sump and fuge yet.

So far I have:
90g Tank
Custom stand
Reef Octopus Diablo Skimmer
2 AI vegas
An older UV sterilizer
Refractometer
MP40
Jeabo 9000

Need:
Thermometer
Possibly Chiller
Sump/Fuge (depends on our rental house as well for a garage setup or under tank)

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Like I said, I have been out of the Hobby for 5 years and want to make sure I set this up right!
