revamped fish list

i have a 150gal tank, with 150 lbs of sand, 200lbs of rock, a 75 gal sump with 50lbs of sand, 50lbs rock, with macro algea, asmg-2 skimmer, and i'm going to get a uv light. i'm thinking of keeping a snowflake eel, a golden tail eel, a dwarf lionfish, and a mid sized large angelfish. would this be ok?
