Rhizotrochus Reproduction

I've looked all over but can't seem to find ananswer as to how rhizos reproduce. I know they do not bud or split. So how do they reproduce?

Probably sexually if the 2 asexual forms don't work.

As mentioned they will reproduce sexually, however they do bud: "Flabellids are exclusively solitary in growth form -- never forming colonies -- but certain genera reproduce asexually by transverse division (Carins, 1989b) and budding from the edge."

They do bud.

What I learned is that the polyp has to be feed individually, seperate from the parent colony. You learn from your mistakes and thus I lost the polyp.

Cool, i had always heard that they did not bud or split. I'm gonna watch mine really close now.
