I haven't yet ordered "The Package" but have been very impressed by how fast Richard replies to email questions. Also he doesn't seem to mind answering any questions you might have. Absolutely great customer service. I will post pics in about a month when I start up my new tank but I will definatly be using TBS rock in this tank and in future setups.

Try sending me another email....I think I may have fixed the issue!
