Ricordia Coloration Question.

Hi everyone, I have some blue ricordias and they just don't seem that blue, there are five of them on a rock and they are very very light blue. Anybody know any ways to make them a darker blue? I will try to post a picture tomorrow, since right now the lights are off on the tank. Some of you might like them light light blue, not sure.

What type of lighting do you have? Could be location to lighting that makes them lighter and less vivid. Could also be lighting combination how much actinic do you have? The blues I have are in direct lighting of a MH 14k Hammy 250w on the sand and some are bluer then others....So it could be as well that they are as blue as they are going to get.....What is the temp in the tank? I have read in a few articles on rics that they tend to change color based on lighting, water temp, and season.

I have them under a 14k 150 watt current ( came with the sunpod, gonna get an Ushio or something when I change the bulb out). They are on the bottom of the tank. The temp stays at 76-78.
