Ricordia Dying

I have a Ricordia in a 12g aquapod that seems to be dying and/or stressed. What should i check for?

What else is in the tank?
How long have you had it?
How long has it been since it looked good?

is it a florida ric or a yuma? certain yumas will rarely do well(pink for example)

In my experience, they do not like strong flow directed directly at them, nor do they like intense lighting. Also, they appreciate regular feedings. I have not found them to be overly sensitive to
temp swings or high nitrates.

i second the lighting and flow comment ...medium inderict flow and medium to low lighting...bottom 3rd of tank

Ive had the ricordia since saturday. It looked fine until today. One part of the Ricordia looks fine but the other part is like sunken in. They are green ricordia that i got from a LFS.

BigElephant (Sean) came by to help and look at it but by the time he came it was already pretty much dead. I have the ricordia moved to my FOWLR tank right now close to the lights trying to see if it'll make it through.
