Ricordia flatworms? see pic

What are these creatures on my Ricordea. They are the flat things...

Are they harmful? If so, how do I get rid of them. The Ric seems to be fine, I've noticed these things moving around on this one and one other for several months now. I just want to make sure there is no potential for them to harm any other critters. Any help, thoughts would be appreciated.
