Ricordia Lighting

I have a 100 gallon 20" tall reef tank with 2- 65 watt 24" dual daylight bulbs and 2- 65 watt 24" dual actinc. For a total of 260 watts of Power Compacts. Is this enough? Should my Ricordia be at the top, middle or bottom of my tank? How high should the bulbs be off the tank?

I have a 75 gallon reef with 4-65 watt 50/50 and 2-65 watt actinic, I keep my rics high middle and they seem to like it there. If that is any help..

i had mine on the bottom with the same lights...an a 75g..
