Ricordia placement and size??

I have some ricordia that are attached to small rocks.
My crabs and snails keep tipping them off into the sand.
I was going to glue them down.

How big do they get?
Can they touch each other?

I have an overhang ledge near the bottom of the tank, I would like to glue them all over this edge.

Here are some pics.. the 1st pic is all attached to that rock. If they are ok, I will leave them. If they grow they will touch, not sure if that is ok.

They can touch each other without any problems, I have some Steel Blue Rics that are about 3" across and growing.

Yes, they can touch. From the FL in my tank I found they like higher light then most mushrooms or yumas. The ledge under your light with good flow should do well. Nice ricordias BTW.
