Rics in the sand?

Is it ok to have my ricordea in the sand. I have no where to put it now so I am just waiting to move everything to my 29 and find it a good place.

It shouldn't die. Usually, it will just attach to a clump of sand. But, you do take a risk of it floating off to a back corner to never be seen again.

I would find an area of low flow in your rock work to place it. Or, if you want to be gutsy, super glue the foot of the Ricordea to a small rock and place it wherever you like.

Ya, it's only in my nano so if it does go for a ride in the current I would be able to get it. It's been really open and stuff during the day and it appears healthy so I would say all is good.
