Rics under T5's?

Definitely,

Yumas should do fine. Depending on your bulbs, you may need to put the floridas a little higher for them to be really happy, but they'll get enough light in unshaded locations.

My florida rics have been doing very well under my T5's. Although I have 144 Watts (6x24W) over my 20 gallon just for reference. I had PC's over my tank before i upgraded to the T5's and they did just fine.

I think you won't have any problem keeping them.

I had multiple morphs under a T5 5x54 with placement from sand to 6 inches below light. Color exploded and growth rate was off the chart.
Do It!

my floridas seem to be doin good with T-5s but my one yuma isnt doin all that great i dont know why btw im running nova extreme pro fixture

I raise fl. rics and they are currently under tons of light in fairly shallow stock tanks. I think they do better in high light than low light. jmo

Check this. I use 2 white T5 ,2 actinics T5, and some LEDs. Some of the rics have kept over one year. They are doing well. The fl. ric do need more light. The part of the LED above the fl.ric are white. The led is 0.33W per piece.
