i have an older 2100 and only use it for mixing saltwater. that thing doubles as a heater 
keeps 10g of water at about 80f, not to mention the racket it makes.
there are much better options out there depends on your application. only reason to get a rio is b/c they are dirt cheap, but you have to ask yourself why. better to do it now than after you get one
what do you need it for?
ps go BOCA, they better not collapse in the clausura!
