RKE Standby modes

I had a #4 channel start to click off and on . Long story sort. I reset the functions only on the head unit, and this corrected it. But I had to re-enter all my functions . Now my standby modes will not work. Put it standby and the timer starts counting down but the device stays on. I think I get ignored on the DA site because I had the nerve to tell them there product is glitchy, not very well thought out. And the customer service stinks. You spend all that money , and at least it gives me something to do all the time. Sometimes I wish I would have stuck with mechanical timers and such. It is nice if you can sleep at night not wondering if the thing will fail at any moment.:hmm2:
Any ideas? Can I reset something without losing all my settings?

I can assure you that you are not being ignored on the DA site. If you can't get a quick answer on the support forum, then I would send them a direct email. As for your current problem I don't know enough about how you have things set up to be able to address it. I would post the question on the site and explain how everything is set up in your system.

You factory reset the system..... You have to reprogram everything. I read your post on the da site that you post 10pm Friday... I take it English is not your first language? It was very hard to read and I don't understand what you are talking about.
