RO/DI units

I forget as how much waste water there is. Can someone tell me is there a more waste water a to the higher you go with GPD? Say 50 gpd is 3 gallons waste to one gallon good is 100 gpd 6 gallons waste to one gallon good?

my RODI unit is 180GPD, me & my friend bought it to make all of our own water.

you can adjust how much ratio you want on my unit, as should most units. mine is 4 to 1

Waste is a function of efficiency. You'll get about four times the output as waste, so 50 gallons of RO/DI will generate 200 gallons of waste. It doesn't matter how long it takes.

Jeff,
So if you have 50 gpd it will waste 200. So if you have 100 gpd will it put out 400 waste so the higher gpd same 4 to 1 goes for all?

high efficiency r/o system

high efficiency r/o system

Does anyone have a high efficiency r/o system? Spectra Pure Ultra-High Efficiency RO/DI System or other brand . Does it put out as it said operated at a 1:1 ratio of waste.
