Rock crab in birdsnest

I have what seems to be a rock crab in my birdsnest, first of all i was worried because i have a yasha goby and pistol shrimp on the bottom of my tank and have already found a few dead regular crabs around the tank and wondering how should I get him out? I was think of pulling the birdsnest out of the tank briefly and using tweezers to pull him out. Bad idea? Any other suggestions? Attached picture showing his claw in the birdsnest

got a better look at the crab. May not be a rock crab, is not hairy and is light pink maybe a strawberry crab? Would that be safe for my smaller fish?

it might be a benifical crab. a better pic would do best. or just putt out the colony. and remove it manually. anything you break will grow back, plus you will know the id of the crab

acro crab...they live inside of the birds nest ....they help keep it clean

Most likely a Acro Crab. Beautiful when visable. They help keep the Acro clean and protect it. In retention they are fed by detrius and things caught in the coral. Nice find.
