Rock Only filtration

Im in the process of moving my tank. In the short term could i use just the live rock for a filter? 120gal 200lbs rock no corals 5 fish? maybee about 2 week.

I was thinking of doing this to break down the sump and move it

Adequate amounts of live rock can be suitable to keep ammonia at a minumum during temporary storage, yes.
