Rock Structure

I got a diamond drill bit and acrylic rods to connect to rocks for structure support. Should I use epoxy or something else to bond them together?

Yes i think it would be a smart idea. . .I have seen several people use pond foam ( comes in a spray can ), epoxy (liquid or 2 part putty)... ... ... My scape uses gravity for now lol, but I have to move the tank in the future, and want to re-do my scape and I am going to be most likely using pond foam on at least some parts of it.
