Well, even though my big tanks are not yet filled with the elusive saltwater and liverock, I am making some good progress on the equipment room and would like to announce that "for sure", sometime in 2007, my tanks will get going.

Also, my 29g acro tank is doing very well. I got some corals from a very good friend in Texas that are doing great...I am hoping to grow them into colonies over the next few months and they will be the first corals I put in the cubetank.
As for the equipment room, I still need to add the ceiling and a fresh air vent. I built the canopy and next phase is getting the aluminum materials to create a sliding canopy. The cabinetry around the tank is still looming over me and once that is done and the ceiling is completed, I can order liverock.
There are a few projects in the basement that are close to being done...namely, some electrical work, some baseboard work and finishing the bar/buying countertops. I won't let that stuff stop me from getting the tanks going though.
I am still debating how I want to do my auto-topoff....I am leaning towards dosing pumps based on the amount of evaporation I incur daily...it might fluctuate a little, but I think it is the safest way to keep up and not have a disaster.
Just thought I would ramble on a bit...I will snap some pics of the acro tank on Friday if I get some extra time.
