RODI TDS Problem?

Hey, I got a coralife RODI unit about a year ago brand new. A few weeks ago, my TDS started to rise to I replaced all the cartridges, inluding the DI resin. Ever since though, my TDS has taken a pretty long time to reach 0 ppm. I normally let it drain into the sink until it reaches 0 ppm. For the past week or two it's taken about 30mins+ to get my TDS to 0ppm. It just stays at 1ppm for a while. Is it okay to use 1ppm water? Is this a membrane issue?

Thanks

Also, could it be my TDS meter? I have one of those dual ones. The TDS meter just stays on, when I thought it used to turn off automatically after a certain amount of time. Sometimes when it does that, I just turn it off, then turn it back on, and it either goes from 000ppm to 001, or stays at 000.

Yeah I would not worry about 1 ppm for the longest time I was using plain RO water and my tank did fine but 1 ppm is just fine

I disagree. First, your battery may be bad on your TDS meter. Secondly test the output for phosphate, nitrate and silicate. I always insist on my TDS reading zero.
