room ventilation

I will be setting up my 210 soon and was wondering if this unit would work well for ventilation. It is only like $400 shipped and i think it should help with the humidity and keeping the air in the house better. Oh and i will NOT have a dedicated fish room so this would be serving at least the living room area!
