rotating nozzle ?

I'm looking to build a rotating nozzle like brian green has in his frag tanks .... anybody have a diagram? I wish i'd have payed more attention to them.

If Brian doesn't volunteer the info guess I'll have to go over there for you. Are you talking about the ones made out of 1/2 cpvc with dual outlets that spin ? I've looked at them dozens of times but still couldn't tell you how to make one.
