Rowaphos Dark red color.

Hello. I would like to use rowaphos that I had since 3 years ago, and when open the bucket the color is Dark red, It lost the black color.. The rowaphos Was in a closed plástic bag inside the bucket.

Can I use it?
Is safe to use it?
