Royal gramma sick -photos and a video

About a week ago I found my ever so elusive gramma practically sucked against my MP10 power head in my mixed reef tank. I was able to catch the gramma and out in a container with tank water, quickly put together a 10 gallon hospital tank, and transfer the gramma the next morning. I noticed that the gramma' tail fin was split ( could have been a result of the power head) and swim find were a little frayed. My gramma came with my TBSaltwater kit almost two years ago and has been a health eater. I have in the tank a pair of clowns and a lawnmower blenny for fish among various shrimp and sps, lps, and soft corals. . I do have a bullseye pistol who's been in the tank as long as I've had the gramma.

It's been a week now and the fins have healed but the fish is behaving the same. Coloration is not as brilliant. I'm putting sinking pellets in the tank but I've not seen the fish eat and I don't know if it's eating or they're just dissolving. I've attached a few photos of the behavior(pretty much just tries to stay in the same place). I'd love to heal this fish and add back to the tank of possible. Appreciate any thoughts. I can text a video to anyone who would like to see.

Do you only feed pellets? I'd feed frozen foods as well, more variety the better. live is in even better but usually not as easy.. but black worms for fish, live brine shrimp are fairly easy to get a hold of. could need a diet change is all.. also water quality in hospital tank if the food is dissolving might be a problem.

frozen mysis is good too.. these guys are carnivores so lots of meaty foods... They also like their hiding spots.. so you might need to put some stuff it can hide in/between in there to get it to act normal again.

Thanks. I have a pvc pipe in the bottom that it goes into. I do also feed reef frenzy which it would eat as well. Been trying to keep the bio load low until the tank bacteria can manage the decomposing food. May try to get some love brine from the lfs.

I never responded after but three weeks in the hospital tank and my gramma went back to the reef. I suspect the pistol shrimp nailed it.
