Royal grandma dying

I have a royal grandma that was eating fine three days ago he started hiding in the rocks and now I see that he is stuck in one of the rocks breathing heavy I can't seem to keep a row grandma in my tank people say their hearty but they keep on dying in my tank and I don't know why everything else looks great and my water chemistry is perfect

Are any other fish bothering him? GRAMMAs like to hide in the rockwork... I've always kept Grammas in my tanks since I started in '73... Very few problems with maintaining them
