There are two different temperature statements: one for seasonal temperature variation (RT in statement), and the other for fixed temperature control. On the controller go to the setup->timer setup->timer program->modify state. Scroll to the temp statement you want to modify. When the cursor is under the Temp token, press the up/down buttons until you get the temp statement with out the 'RT' in it.
