Rubber Gloves?

Hey RC,
I was wondering what kind of gloves are used for handling frags like zoo's and such? I have a box of surgical gloves that are lightly powdered but I'm afraid to use them because the box says lightly powder non-sterile. I haven't been using gloves just tongs and my hands to handle frags, so I thought I would ask.

dont use the powdered gloves the powder will come of in the tank and may cause harm. use some food grade vinyl gloves. shoulder length will be best. like these

Thanks for the quick reply! Yeah I didn't think it would be a good idea, I'll just use those for automotive tinkering.

Hmm I might have to order some of those. I can just see my wife coming in one day and seeing me wearing those things, playing around in the tank. She already thinks I'm loony for sitting and "staring at rocks" for extended periods of time!

I know what ya mean, my wife always gives me the crook eye and a smile when I'm just sitting there staring at my little piece of the ocean. But it is even funnier when I catch her doing the same thing.:lol:
