hi everyone

sorry i havent been on the boards for a while...ive bought a new home and its been busy. anyways...i am in the planning(and buying) stage for a large in wall tank and am trying to track down some 100gal rubbermaid stock tanks. i have found them on ebay and the internet but the shipping costs more than the tanks. i figured with our proximity to lancaster there has to be a way to get them locally. ive called a couple of feedstores that i found on the internet but with no luck. thanks.

you can get them here. you have to look at farm stores in MD and lower DE and call Graingers. ill do some looking in the AM

Try tractor supply down in Dover. I think they stock them. Also, try Stoltzfus Feed and Storage. They are located just outside of Gap, PA. off of RT 41. There is a slight chance I may go to That Fish Place this weekend. If I do, I will stop off at Stoltzfus and find out.

Since your in Wilmington, The Tractor Supply in Elkton might be closer but there is also tax. I would still think that with the shipping cost, overall it might be cheaper.
It's located on RT 40 west bound about 1/4 mile on your right hand side just after you pass the MD/DE line.
You can call them ahead of time to get a price and availability 410-392-2227.

heres the quote i got from rubbermaid direct. can you believe they use to have free shipping for these?

Hello Shawn,
The cost of each 100 gallon stock tank is $118 and the shipping cost for both to zip 19701 is $117 to commercial address or $177 to residential. If you have any other questions or would like to order, please let me know. Thanks and have a great day!

or you might try this one i have been using for some koi outside. the TUFF TUB 110 OVAL is a bit more compact because the bottom is flat and the sides are smooth planes, unlike the rubbermaid 100. but its a sort of soft tub. so i dont know how it would take to bulkheads drilled into it. but for just a basement sump, perfect. and only $56

one or the other should be just fine.
