Run-time error 383 and fast clock

I have my AquaControllerII hooked up to my computer and I'm getting a run-time error in the AquaNotes program. When I have the Tank Database section open and select the Livestock tab I get a run-time error and the program crashes every time I try to add a note by selecting the "New" button at the bottom. I also get the same error when I open the Fish Database and select "New" under the Fish Tank Log tab.

Also, the "Tank Time" clock in the AquaController unit runs about 10 minutes faster than my computer (and other clocks) every day and the "Clock Time" runs about a minute faster than my computer (and other clocks). I'd like for the AquaController to have it's time matched to the real-time clock in the computer; I've copied and pasted the computer time to match the two clocks in the AquaController but they never stay consistent. It just seems rediculous that such an expensive and high-tech unit cant keep an accurate 24 hour clock. Currently I dont have any Leap Seconds being added to the unit because the time varries so much that I cant even get an accurate count for how "off" it is, but I know that it's greater than 50 seconds. Is there a way to get the AquaController to insure accuracy by having it automatically update it's time when it polls from the computer?

Thanks,
Aaron

For AquaNotes support please send an email to support@neptunesys.com and include your name, phone number, and 12 digit authorization code (found in the help about AquaNotes window).
It seems very strange that the tank time and clock time do not run at the same rate. Both clocks are incremented by the same internal clock so it not possible for one clock to run faster than the other (at least I have never/seen it before). Adjust the leap second to about -50 or -60 and see if the time is more accurate.
It is indeed possible in aquanotes to have the clocks automatically set to your PC's time. Please contact me at the above email and I'll tell you how.
