Rust patch of frag plug

Hello, is this rust? Noticed it when I removed a coral from the plug.

It didn't survive shipping.

I would tend to say no to rust. It's only where the frag was glued down. I would guess it's discoloration from the superglue they used.

I’ve thought the same thing a million time. Only happens on argonite plugs most of the time not the full ceramic plugs. I could be totally wrong that’s my observation. Maybe something in the material. It worried me before but hasn’t been a problem
