???'s for building a prop tank

I am planning on setting up a prop tank in the near future but am having trouble finding a tank so I was planning on building one. Here is my question I want acrylic but what should I use to attach the sides and bottom together? I do not know what glue to use and if I need to brace the sides. I plan on a 40 gal tank.

Use weld-on 4 (http://www.tapplastics.com/). If your planning on a tank that is only 12" or so tall and use 3/8 acrylic, I wouldn't worry about bracing.

Check out Glasscages.com.. The have some 36"x18"x13" acrylic tanks for very attractive prices <$80.00... I bought 2 of the 50gallon 48"x18"x13" tanks for my prop system.. I wouldnt call them display quality tanks but they're great for a prop system..
