How long has he shrunk down? Some anemomes do this a lot some do it every now and then. They should reinflate after a little bit.

Mine did the exact same thing - its a downward spiral im afraid. Right about the same time too... 3ish weeks. No idea why he did it but he eventually died.

Did you acclimated it to your lights? How are your water parameters?
