Saddleback Butterfly acting funny

My saddleback has started acting funny today. Hes just floating alone, kinda staring off into nothing....Hes also breathing a little fast, any ideas?

Check/post your water params, tank info, age of fish, age of tank, etc.

Could be water params
Could be stress (again, params, or could be another fish harassing it)
Could be disease.

Is the fish new to the tank?
