Safe to have 2 flasher wrasse in a 30 gallon?

Currently have a 30 gallon tank with a paired clownfish hosting an anemone,
coral beauty, and a flasher wrasse.

Is it safe to add another flasher wrasse to the tank? If yes, does it have to be an opposite sex flasher to the one I currently have? If yes, how do you sex a flasher wrasse?

Note, I perform a 5-7 gallons weekly water change and the tank has a Deltec MCE600 skimmer, so I think bio-load is safe. If not, let me know.

Thanks.

Well, you already have a problem once the pair of clown fish mature. They will take over that sized tank. Also, flasher wrasses jump and you need a tightly sealed tank, not using egg crate. A coral beauty may starve in that sized tank with insufficient algae, so feed nori.

What type of clowns?

But, given what you have in the tank now, and I am assuming that it is working, I wouldn't want to take a chance on upsetting the balance.

I have tank raised black and white clowns. The female is about 2 inches and the male 1 1/2. All the fish are peacefully co-existing together. Although the coral beauty will playfully antagonize the clown fish by pretending to swim into the anemone and just hover above the anemone for a brief period.

The tank is fully covered and the coral beauty is healthy and well-fed.

I recently (about 10 days ago) added 2 male flasher wrasses, 1 McCosker's and 1 Blue(Paracheilinus lineopunctatus). Both Divers Den specimens about equal in size 2.25", added simultaneously as the first 2 fish in the aquarium. A 42g display with approx 60lbs of LR that is fed generously 2x/day at this time.

The McCosker's constantly chases and picks on the Blue. Initially the Blue had tearing of the fins, especially the tail. The Blue seems to have smartened up and moves quicker now so he shows no further signs of damage and is in fact recovering but they both constantly chase one another... Never more than a couple of minutes go by without aggression.

I'm giving it another while together because they do seem to be improving marginally. Anyways, just a heads up because you're considering something similar. My tank isn't very community feeling at all right now because of these two. :(
