Salarias ramosus spawning

There was an article in Coral (I think) last year that showed someone from Germany with an egg ball from a regular lawnmower blenny. I think my pair of starries have spawned. They've certainly done some courtship but I've never found the eggs so can't say for sure on the spawning.

On an earlier occasion, I managed to photograph what might be pre-courtship:

So, I have to ask you: What makes you think they spawned? Is one of them guarding any particular spot, like a cave or something? I'm trying to figure out how to find the eggs.
I've since lost one of my blennies, but I've found a new one and will likely bring it in next week. Have you found a good way to tell male from female?
It seems like the lawnmower blennies are a new horizon for fish breeding. There's not a lot out there at all on them. Most of the blenny breeding has been focused on fang blennies.

I have a definate pair, The male has bigger "bush" growing on top its eyes and is longer, slimmer and has the 4 1st spines in the fin behind its anus longer.
They have been showing courtship behavior for some time, with the male showing off a total contrast in colour, turning white pinkish with black dots, his main hangout place is a hollow tube like cave and the female has never been aloud to be there, but yesterday she was in there with the male and he came out continuosly shakeing like he was squirting sperm over eggs.
Also the female is alot slimmer today, she was almost round over the middle.
I can take the cave out of the tank with no effort, and I am gonna see what happens. Maybe the eggs are not fertile as experience at least in freshwater tells me that The males are often not up to their task in the 1st rounds. But I´ll see what happens.

Hello! I need information. I have a salamos ramosus for two years and a few months ago I added a bicolor scenius. They get along very well. A month ago the salaries made an egg-laying. the poor woman was laying and everyone was waiting to eat them. I have no male for the salaries and I had doubts if these two gobies can hybridize.
