how is this stuff i just got a bottle today and was wondering if it helps with growth at all

When people get great growth and color with out any additives at all (besides major elements such as alk,calcium and mg)..... I have to wonder why bother with the plethora of money making additives and don't have any true scientific backing.

But who am I to talk. I do use bio-pellets.....but I really think the KISS method is the best when you start to look at all the additives you can buy it's mind numbing.....plus some of the nicest tanks I've seen use none of them.
